Abel Keogh

Abel Keogh is an author, editor, and inspirational speaker. His memoir Room for Two (Cedar Fort, 2007) is about the year of his life following the suicide of his seven-month pregnant wife, Krista, and death of their premature daughter nine days later.

Before he spent most of his time writing, Abel worked as a web developer and radio talk show host. Aside from writing, Abel enjoys keeping up with his wife, Julianna, on long Saturday morning runs, weight lifting, and playing with their three children.
